Panoramic view of windward (east) Oahu from the cliff top rising 1,186 feet above sea level in the Koolau Mountains. The views from this location are remarkable. Moderate parking is available. Due to its elevation, it is continually very windy at this location, so it is not recommended if you will be wearing a veil or a dress. No Sunset.

Effective Immediately: All outdoor weddings on public land now require a permit. We will not perform a ceremony on any public land until all necessary permits have been approved. Failure to get the required permit for a wedding on public land could result in the wedding being stopped by law enforcement officers and fines of up to $5,000.00. We will obtain all necessary permits  for your wedding ceremony and/or reception.
