Valerie and I wanted
to thank you once again for making our wedding dreams come true. Again,
we permit you to post pictures and/or video of the wedding on your site
for promotional purposes and to help you with your efforts to feed the
homeless: hopefully one day there will be no one homeless, no one
without food. Let me start with your survey results first:

have done better had we planned this a year in advance.

My fiancé of 2 ˝
years was to be in Hawaii on business, and nothing we had planned had
come together for this trip: either an elopement or a vacation. I
decided at the last minute I was going to fly out and join her and get
married. I emailed you on a Friday evening, and spoke with you on a
Saturday afternoon (Eastern time) to arrange a wedding for the following
Wednesday. You tentatively scheduled us for Wednesday – since I was not
positive she would agree to a spur-of-the-moment wedding (we had just
talked about a wedding, reception and honeymoon all at once, which
dimmed my hopes).
She flew out on
Sunday, I flew out the next day and surprised her at her hotel. She said
“Yes” to the wedding in Hawaii – actually, she said “Why not”. We met
with you on Tuesday afternoon to prepare a wedding on Wednesday – this
included the rabbi (if available), photographer, videographer, and
limousine ride to Secret Beach for a sunset wedding and live internet
streaming of the wedding to our friends and family at home in Florida.
24 hours later, we
were standing on a beautiful secluded beach, with a rabbi, yourself, and
the photographer and videographer – along with my parents who had flown
in from California just for the day, and Val’s boss who was a minister.
We found out that our wedding had to move quickly – not just because we
did not anticipate the traffic correctly, but because of the surprise
fireworks show at the hotel next door! How lucky for us that you were
even able to plan fireworks and a sunset!!!
We received so many
comments from friends and family on the beauty of the bride and
location, of the entire ceremony and how romantic it was. Everything
came together, and we could not have done this without your help. I do
not believe any organization has ever provided the level of service and
commitment to a stranger’s happiness as Paradise Weddings, Inc. provided
that day for us. You went above and beyond, and maintained a smile,
cheery disposition and professionalism that Valerie and I rarely see in
our daily lives. Everyone you brought in for the day lived up to your
level of commitment, and even though we anticipated a few bumps in the
road none caused us any grief due to your ability to handle adversity
and conflict.
Add on to that your
dedication to the homeless, and it not only made a beautiful day for us,
but one which allowed us to help out those less fortunate, and made it s
blessed day for us as well.
If anyone ever needs a
reference, please do not hesitate to have them call or email us – I
could go on and on.
How could you improve
your services? How do you improve upon perfection? I do not think there
is any way to go above and beyond what you did for us.
