EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY: All outdoor weddings in Hawaii are
required to get required permits before the wedding can be
performed on public land. Failure to get the required
permits for a wedding on public land can now be fined up to
$5,000.00 and having your wedding interrupted by law
enforcement officers. Currently it may take up to 4 weeks
for us to get the required permits approved for you.
Non-Denominational, Civil-Styled, or
Jewish Ceremony Officiate Fee Your choice of

Oahu Mileage Fee Due
to the recent extremely high fuel prices we are now charging a
mileage fee which is computed using mapping software from
our
Kaahumanu
street office round trip to the wedding location.

Nighttime Teardown Fee
This fee is required for all outdoor
ceremonies requiring any set-up of chairs, decorations, wedding cake,
etc. where the ceremony starts after 5:00pm. This fee is required
because our staff will be tearing down the wedding location after dark
which makes it extremely more difficult.

Apostille Service
If either the bride or the groom are from outside the United
States, an Apostille may be required for your wedding to be
valid in the foreign country.
Many foreign countries will not recognize
or honor a United States Marriage Certificate without the Apostille being attached to it. Click

Portable 150 Watt P.A. System
Fender 150 Watt P.A. System with
professional quality wireless microphones for wedding ceremony.
This is suggested for ALL outdoor weddings that will be held on
or near the beach or any area where wind or the ocean sounds may
interfere with your guests being able to hear the ceremony. Your
guests will appreciate the fact that they will be able to hear
your voices as you exchange your wedding vows. Our Portable P.A.
System can also be used in areas where electricity is not
available with the addition of a battery pack. Due to size and
weight limitations of equipment this service is not available on
islands other than Oahu.

Interpretation Services
We can provide interpreters for non English speaking clients, or those who wish to have their ceremony performed in dual languages. We currently have interpreters for: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese and Hawaiian. If you require an interpreter in another language, please contact us so that we can provide this for you.

couple then blows out the outside taper candles symbolizing the
end of their lives as separate people.

Here in Hawai'i, "tipping" is an expression of
Aloha (appreciation, honor, love) rather than obligation. We and all
of our vendors (limo drivers, photo-videographers, musicians)
endeavor to offer the very best services possible at the most reasonable prices
possible simply because that is what Aloha means. We all have chosen
relatively modest life-styles so that we can continue to do this in
spite of Hawai'i's extremely tight economy. Any blessing you wish to
extend to any of us is never expected but always appreciated and
gratefully accepted. The standard gratuity for a wedding vendor
including photographers, videographers, minister, caterer, etc,
is between $20 to $100.
